J.P. Walker tells us where he's been... and lets us know how dope it is to live like a pro

Transworld Snowboarding.com Features Ten Questions: JP Walker: "Just had a surf vacation down in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a week. I'll be going up to Whistler for a couple days to do some filming. From there I'm going to Switzerland for a Forum Youngblood thing, then after that I'm gonna have another break, maybe come back down here and surf a bit more. Then I'm headed to New Zealand for a month to film and snowboard; I'll bring my surf stuff too. "

Sadly I haven't managed to get out of my own city for almost 18 straight months.

There's this nagging little thing called "work" that keeps me here... god, that's so annoying.

Seriously though, watch some old videos of JP crashing - he paid his dues to live the life of a snowboard rockstar.

Mammoth Mountain - More People, More Money...

Mammoth Mountain Has Record-Breaking Season - Transworld Business Magazine: "MAMMOTH MOUNTAIN, CA - Over 1.5 million skiers hit the slopes of Mammoth Mountain during the 2004/05 season, breaking Mammoth's all-time skier visit record set 19 years ago. The record season made Mammoth the second most visited resort in the country. "

Well, it seems Intrawest just can't help but explode the popularity of any ski resort it's involved with.

Most locals would probably not see that as a good thing.

But I'm sure they're not complaining about having more nightclubs, and higher ratio's of hot women (HROHW).

Mind you, I'm sure they ARE complaing about the Speed Control thing that Intrawest enforces - sure it makes the slopes safer, but who wants to be safe?
